Per OLCC website, Oregon require signs to be 12"x12" or larger and one half inch or larger text size. The following 3 signs are required as well as 3 Spanish versions as well. Signage rule required in Oregon.

Oregon Compliance Signage Rules

 

Per OLCC website, Oregon require signs to be 12"x12" or larger and one half inch or larger text size. The following 3 signs are required as well as 3 Spanish versions as well.

 

A licensee must post:

At every licensed premises signs that read:

A) "No Minors Permitted Anywhere on This Premises"; and

B) "No On-Site Consumption of Marijuana"; and

 

At all areas of ingress or egress to a limited access area a sign that reads:

C) "Do Not Enter - Limited Access Area - Access Limited to Licensed Personnel and Escorted Visitors."

 

All signs required by this rule must be:

  • Legible, not less than 12 inches wide and 12 inches long, composed of letters no less than one-half inch in height;
  • In English and Spanish; and
  • Posted in a conspicuous location where the signs can be easily read by individuals on the licenses premises.
